I know when I think of Harvey Weinstein, compassion is the first thing that comes to mind. Even though he may have once put a friend of mine in a headlock and threatened to beat the shit out of him because one of his reporter colleagues asked some questions he didn’t like.
At any rate, he certainly has a vested personal interest in arguing that if one makes good movies, bad behavior is entirely acceptable.
